Pros
The culture is great. Very good place to work if you want a good work/life balance. They have the good ice! (You know like the ice from Sonic or Frisches) My manager is very helpful and supportive of my career goals. Benefits are pretty good. They constantly have free food and random fun days. Depending on your job you may get to work from home here and there. They seem flexible in this regard.
Cons
All the snacks are in the breakroom on the first floor so if you happen to work on the 2nd or 3rd floor you gotta make the trek down.
