Thank you for taking the time to review. On-boarding has been identified as one of the areas we need to work on and HR is currently putting a training plan together to help Managers on-board and train new employees in a more systematic way. With that said, the workload can be demanding and we do believe that employees who are proactive and motivated are successful and at the end of the day are fulfilled.
