Pros
Very few. On the IT site there is quite a bit of chaos, on the Business side there is extreme lack of immaturity and professionalism.
Cons
The Business side of the company ("Practice") is extremely political, unfriendly, and openly hates IT. This leads to extreme friction, and poor collaboration between IT and the Business dept. This is by far the most political place and the place with the biggest riff between Business and IT that I have seen in 30 years. Processes are in still in growing stages in the hands of inexperienced project managers that don't have the seniority or vision to handle day to day business / activities. Most BA's are immature and inexperienced. Business rules by intimidation and fear, not by intelligence and rationale.
