Pros
Some colleagues that actually cared about a making a difference.
Cons
-Silo'd teams that didn't interact together on projects which lead to inefficient working conditions. Having a ridiculous amounts of meetings to cover the same thing when all it would have taken is the entire project team on the call at one time. -Unnecessary Micromanagement - which was caused by the inefficiency and also created the inefficiency. -Lack of leadership and some of the current managers have no place in management of teams and organizational management. -Horrible Communication. -Constant changes which could be resolved if they pumped their brakes regrouped as a TEAM/PRACTICE and think of the quality of their work rather than quantity to hit financial targets. -Lack of structure. -Lack of standardization.
