Pros
-Radiology Partners went Remote prior to the official state requirement in early 2020. They have also made it clear that returning to the office is a decision that will be made based entirely on safety: a promise they've kept as I am still working remotely to this day. -Pay: The pay is fair for the roles. Everything appears to line up with industry standards. -Culture: The RP culture is a pretty inclusive one and individual leaders seem to put a lot of effort into fostering a team environment. As with all organizations, this seems to vary a bit depending on your immediate leaders, so your mileage may vary.
Cons
-Lower PTO offerings than similar organizations. RP gives Support Team members 3 weeks of combined PTO (used for both sick and vacation) which bumps up to 4 weeks after 2 years. -Org Structure changes frequently and isn't well documented, which can sometimes leave you scratching your head about who to contact.
