Cons
There is no training related to the job involved on top of PowerPoint slides you are provided which makes no sense!!! You are left trying to figure everything out on your own from templates used, to processes in place, and contract management tools. Paralegals are overworked on a daily basis, and are left trying to learn new and current material while dealing with complex issues on their own. Some attorneys work well with their Paralegals while others do not and it shows. Bonuses are provided to some and not others!!! Senior Paralegals think they are the other Paralegals’ bosses and this is not the case. The hierarchy definitely needs management to revamp and soon!!! This department is a revolving door when it comes to retaining good employees. The ratings for this company speak for itself. There is definitely truth to why this company is NOT progressing!!!! This is not a place to retire from!!!
