Micromanaging at its best ( They want you to adhere to you schedule but you can’t change your disposition 2-3 mins prior to going on break or lunch so if you get a call right before it’s time.. oh well your adherence is now messed up and it’s still your fault) Prepare to get insulted by callers ( No, it’s not because they’re receiving this surprise radiology bill but because they’ve called 3-4 times in 3 months to have adjustments done to their accounts and it’s still not done)
