Pros

RP used to be a great place to work, but it depends on what team you’re on. In general one of the funnest places to work, with for the most part smart and competent people. Beautiful offices, fun mixers, team outings and events (pre-covid). Compensation is a con but their benefits were impressive. Also pretty good work life balance (pre-covid) as work from home was always an option and company transitioned to full time remote very smoothly.

Cons

Salary is way below market but because of politics it depends on who you are I suppose. Every office has politics but this place has drama and it’s clear that keeping Senior Leadership happy is above the needs of retaining support team talent. Fair market salary reviews are a joke, and while many of the hardest working people are underpaid and told there’s no budget to be paid at market RP continues to grow and acquire practices with the contingency of bringing on more and more leaders, VPs/SVPs, and their support teams without any questions. A company that once thrived is now being diluted with mediocre talent when those who do the actual work are being overlooked and undervalued. As others have also mentioned it didn’t help that support teammates were again under prioritized when all promotions, raises and bonuses were delayed/frozen when it was business as usual for paying out the docs.

Terribly disorganized. Communication seems to be an ongoing issue causing rapid turnover.
