Cons
Workplace Bullying is the culture norm. Management practices result in making others feel inferior, question your intelligence, and strip you of your dignity. This behavior often takes place in the presence of others, causing humiliation, depression, anxiety, and poor health related outcomes. I have witnessed management sabotage employees work, provide misleading information or pathways to new employees that are still onboarding to keep themselves in a superior position, when management is found to lack in skills and knowledge areas of the new employee. I do not understand why this unethical behavior is an accepted practice and it saddens me to know so many amazing and intelligent people are facing this daily. This could be an amazing place to work if the practice would put a stop to the unethical practices and maltreatment of employees.
