HR is honest, I reached out to request a transfer to a different department within the company, I was unable to due to a final warning that I rebutted.
Cons
Managers take credit for your ideas. I received a verbal, written, and final warning for the same incident. they preach "no question is dumb or stupid, ask away" but then laugh at your questions and concerns. (e.g. asking coding for their input whether a charge is a valid charge or a duplicate, my email was used as an example of what not to do in a team meeting and my manager laughed in front of my team stating "ya'll are smart enough to know whether a charge is a duplicate." I requested a raise, and I was denied, Management told me that I have teammates that are paid less than me that do more work.
