Excellent healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO for Directors and above, fun team events, strong mission to improve radiology and provide best care for patients
Cons
Highly ineffective IT senior leadership team that lacks accountability for their own short comings. The company overall continues to act like a startup, even though it's over 1,500 employees. New acquisitions are allowed to act independently which makes it extremely difficult to standardize and adds more risk to the organization.
