      Pros

      Benefits were decent, quick to adopt working remotely, many employees truly cared about patients and the work we were doing.

      Cons

      Way too many managers/directors/VPs, rarely saw promotions from within the organization, nepotism was rampant, constant turnover, raises didn't typical align with increased cost of living, and witnessed and experienced leadership behave despicably.
