The mission and vision have always been inspiring. Sometimes willing to take chances on new ways of thinking. Comp is somewhat competitive in IT.
Cons
* Leadership is a political mess. * Overlapping functions are siloed away from one another and a frequent response to "can we do this?" is "that's someone else's area". * Leaders frequently "suggest" resolutions to IT issues that ignore input from specialists and experts. * Promotion is way more dependent on being a certain type than being effective. * Don't expect to have a clear understanding of your role or responsibilities.
