Pros
RP was a leap of faith for me to join. At the time I started there RP was still a start-up. Many of us were jacks of all trades because tasks needed to be completed. If someone had an idea, we would breathe life into it and make it happen. It is a quick-paced and busy place but the reward is truly impacting healthcare, physicians' lives, and the patients we served. I know that I would not have elevated my career to the spot I am in now had I not worked at RP. I honed my skills and was promoted and developed as a result. Are there things that could be better, of course; nothing is perfect. My almost 4 years at RP were nothing more than inspiring. Best-in-class teammates at every turn. All in all, I am still a huge cheerleader of RP.
Cons
I'm not still working there. It's a regret of mine that I didn't stand up and try to be louder about some issues.
