Pros
Fair compensation, excellent Healthcare benefits, great team (for Networking group anyway), work from home for certain employees.
Cons
Leadership outside of our team is oblivious to what it takes to achieve their unrealistic demands. Network outages are met with a high degree of stress due to the fact it affects patient care. Prepare to be repeatedly hammered with requests for updates and reminders of how urgent this outage is. This company acquires large new practices, yet doesn't integrate their networks in a timely fashion. This leads to duplicated IT staffs, and extreme difficulty maintaining many different required methods to get into these separate disconnected networks. Leadership insists we refer to ourselves as a "practice" and corrects us if we refer to ourselves as a "company". The Radiologists are certainly the only members of the "team" who have any apparent value. I was only in this position for about 5 months and left because I didn't want to be on this sinking ship any longer. Other pointers - Radpartners does NOT match contributions to 401k, and for departing employees, no unused earned PTO payouts.
