Unprofessional - Customer Service Representative Radiology Partners Employee Review

The trainer was very unprofessional. She would constantly talk about how not all Spanish is the same. She would also say people from Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic speak “rough” Spanish. She constantly mentioned how Mexican Spanish is THE Spanish and the only proper Spanish. it is very disrespectful and unprofessional. She constantly wanted to make it known how she felt about different dialects. Very condescending… there is BEAUTY behind the differences in languages and cultures. Please retrain the trainer!
