Sinking ship - Manager Radiology Partners Employee Review

Too many levels of executives. Not enough people to do the work. Constantly handing out titles and promotions for a golden few while denying needed resources for front line staff. Operational processes that are labor intensive. Growth was very rapid without focus on getting it right, just get it done. So much focus on DEI and 'feel good terms' not enough focus on fixing the issues. Culture is toxic at the top, very cliqueush. So secretive that it makes you wonder what they are hiding.
