Pros
remote work was a plus, terrible leadership with little to no direction whatsoever. nepotism is real here. They hand out too many "leadership" titles with no sound backing of credentials to support it. Most people don't last here and I would not say this is a good place to make a career.
Cons
Leadership was awful, training was non-existant. They say they provide training, but in reality they are just checking a box. Terrible cold calling tactics and weekly call log requirements that do nothing but annoy people and generate minimal leads. Terrible model and waste of resources.
