Pros
All the employees pull their own weight, and are genuinely good people to be around. Teamwork is emphasized, and everyone helps out one another when needed. The office atmosphere is relaxed and fun.
Cons
It's a new(ish) small company which means everyone is very busy, and not everything is as organized as it could be (but it's getting there).
