- Since joining with Raft I've had the opportunity to expand my skillset working with emerging technologies. - They encourage me to take ownership of my work and provide all the tools and training I need to master new languages DevSecOps strategies - Making mistakes is OK as long as you own the problem and learn from it. - Good benefits package and have gone above and beyond ensuring I'm paid what I'm worth
Cons
- There's no concept of "Not your job" , its a team based structure. So if you have the capability to assist with something you're expected to pitch in if you can.
