Pros
Rafts been an interesting place to work so far, they seem to value my input on my project and encourage me to take breaks to clear my head. They had my back when dealing with a rude client , and that's rare to see with a company.
Cons
Health coverage could be a little bit more robust, but isn't Amazon or Google so I won't hold that against them. They like tram members to have multidisciplinary skills, I've seen this trip coworkers up in regards to expectations.
