Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recently announced an update to our education budget that eliminates the max life of $25,000. Every Rafter is now eligible for up to $5,000 each year to truly live out our core value, "Continuously Grow." Our work at Raft is challenging; therefore, we must be efficient. Out-of-box thinking must be the norm for us, including during spring planning. We truly value collaboration and encourage all Rafters to reach out when they need help. We created Guilds as an additional resource for Rafters to learn and lean in when they have questions about solving complex problems.
