Pros

People working at Raft (my colleagues) are extremely helpful and fun to work with. The culture at the company is Raft one of a kind. It's a remote first place and Raft has the systems in place to support a remote-first work environment. And as mentioned in various reviews, the benefits are great, which also makes you feel the company cares about you and is not just offering platitudes.

Cons

As its contracting, the nature of the beast is that you are sometimes working in a silo on your contract. Raft does try to mitigate this somewhat with programs like 'Raft Buddies', regular team meetings, and manager meetings.

Pros

Great culture and positive energy. Can-do attitude and willingness to try new things.

Cons

None so far, but I've only been here a week. The recruiting and interview process was great - better than most other companies.
