Pros
I've been with the company for some years now but the biggest change in terms of benefits and satisfaction has been the chance to work from home. Every department is able to work from home so there is just as much opportunity to succeed and advance with the company, but also a really good work/life balance being based out of home. No commute means more time for family. Getting to get out on FAM trips and travel the world again is also a big plus.
Cons
Being a work from home company, trainers will help a new employee get up to speed but it also requires effort. We don't have the ease of learning in an office environment where you can just listen to the person next to you to get good. You have to really study up and pay attention to quickly pick up skills. Quick studies and self-starters thrive here.
