Pros
I am yet to encounter one person within this organization who is rude, egotistical, or selfish, all the way up to the CEO of the company. Almost every single member of the management/senior level staff started in the sales department and worked their way up. I have never worked for a company where the management and senior staff are so humble, understanding, and really go the extra mile to help. I've been really happy with my time at in the sales department and recently moved to another department, after only 8 months of success in sales. For being a 100% REMOTE company, the organization is superb. There are documents and written how to guides for all departments, and thousands of training videos/resources. Within the sales department starting salary, and commission structure is strong for the travel industry, and the product really sells itself.
Cons
It can take a month or 2 out of training to start earning high commission, but its worth it. KPIs/goals when on the sales floor can be overwhelming, but this has been streamlined since I've left the sales department. With being a hugely growing company, changes come, and they come quick...you need to be on your toes, but I am yet to experience any changes for the worse.
