We maintain transparency in our policies regarding work hours. While working “off the clock” is not condoned, there are opportunities for overtime approved by our Workforce Management team. We prioritize compensating employees for their time and ensuring fairness in scheduling practices. In short, if working beyond your scheduled shift is required, we want to ensure it is approved in advance, so you are paid for that time.
