Pros
If you're looking for a Family, you found it! After 9 wonderful years with RBG, my family and I made the difficult decision to take a leap of faith to serve in another industry. My time on the Business Development Team is a treasure found I will keep treasured in my heart for life. I started with the organization on the inside sales team when we were such a smaller company. I was fortunate to have been a part of the explosive growth from humble beginnings. I was blessed to serve in the best department as the SVP of Strategic Partners, The VP of Global Sales were so incredibly supportive through the hard years of the Covid-19 Pandemic and have invested in my career growth as a Key Account Manager. They are family to me and will always be! RBG is lead my 2 wonderful Men the Executive Chairman and the CEO/President whom I had the pleasure of getting to know personally. I have never met such an incredible leadership team before. There are to many pros to name, but a few to mention would be: 1) Career Advancement - RBG is a rapidly growing company so if you produce in your role, you will be considered for advancement. The organization also has an open door policy with the CEO and your supervisor. You can get feedback on your performance, career advancement strategies and working out your personal difficulties if you have any. I unfortunately was hospitalized twice in the same year, and was grateful for the support we received during those hard times. It brought me to tears to resign, and I know the friendships I have with my supervisors continues outside my employment.
Cons
