Pros

Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

Cons

Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak

Great pay and benefits but that's it.

Cons

Management, management, management, hours, work life balance (lack of it), community. There is a major issue here with management hiding everything from employees and a turn over rate. This company doesn't care about its employees at all.
