      Pros

      Wages are above average for the area. Hours are good. There is no overtime therefore planning off time is reliable. The rank and file personnel are good, talented people.

      Cons

      I feel like a pawn in a game I have no idea of. This causes feelings of uncertain future. Are they moving to Mexico?

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
