Pros
Management "work" from home in Fridays so you do not have to interact with them 20% of the week. I learnt a great deal being self sufficient as no one helps each here. It's every man for themselves.
Cons
Management use position power to intimidate.They do not trigger enthusiasm or encourage teamwork. They have no vision or goals to aspire to with the exception of the corp guidelines, which are nothing more than an irrational rant from an old man. It has a cut throat culture and is just an unhealthy place to work. This and other HR practices result in huge staff turnover.
