The caliber of talent and skill of the employees here is matched by none. Rain Bird truly hires the best. Locations of facilities are beautiful.
Cons
Believe it all. The culture is a train wreck. The senior leaders seek no dis-confirming perspective and are therefore, stuck in a naive incestuous echo chamber. They truly believe they know the industry better than any other, that they know business process and quality production better than any other, and refuse to pay any real or honest respect to outside counsel. There is no reward for trying to improve in any respect. Put in the long hours due to the lack of resources and you'll only be reprimanded when the impossible is not achieved. The story is an overwhelming blame game here. The leaders emulate it. They teach it. They live it. Certainly had hoped that after all these years they could have improved, sadly I am disappointed. Stay clear of this train wreck. The only ones who stay here grew up in the company or are stuck and cannot figure out how to leave. They just don't know any better, but working down the street at a taco stand would be an improvement in every respect but the pay.
