      You need a job. It sounds really great in the interviews. You might enjoy it for a few months. Health benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Read the reviews. Not the fake reviews HR has been planting. You can tell the difference. Upper management really, really sucks and puts you in a figurative sleeper hold. Night-night, career.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
