management, directors, management, directors etc....It came to my attention that the whole rating system of employees is a disgrace. I was a part of this and was truly taken back by the way managers show bias and favoritism. In my division, it was obvious that people were being put in high placement out of favoritism rather than out of abilities and work ethic. It was more about who was friendly. This rating system is a disgrace and very out dated.
