Progressive cut of job positions increment your work but not your salary. Ridiculous evaluations are still performed but decisions have been made previously to tag a level in any worker, with A, B,C, D positions, that qualify the kind of worker that you have sorted, randomising the positions to meets the eye of the big boss.
