      The assortment of talent in every group is simply amazing. The company presents a unique opportunity to interact with a bunch of very smart and highly talented people.

      Cons

      Worst leadership and management. No direction on the role. Its a highly political environment. Practically playing hunger games everyday for survival in your job.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
