      You can notice yourself by implementing solutions very "fast". Good pay but not the best option. If you do good connections with key people, your life will be easier.

      Cons

      You could get obsolete if you do not train yourself to keep up within the market. If you are not self motivated it is less likely you will find high motivation in others.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
