Pros
Good and talented people. Pays well but not worth the immaturity that good people have to put up with from the leadership.
Cons
Myopic leadership views. Huge turnover. As a leader in the organization, I was told I didn’t need to see the budget that I was responsible for because understanding the budget was on a need to know basis. Horrible culture of fear. I would not recommend working here at all.
