Pros
You'll find a team of highly qualified, highly degreed, high quality employees, but ... they are all extremely demotivated, and all fell into the same trap. Another reason is, believe it or not, that working at Rain Bird puts things in perspective. It's such a bad place to work at that it helps value the benefits of other places.
Cons
Rain Bird is an incredibly bad place to work. The turnover rate is sky high (50% + leave before 2 years of tenure). They are two categories of employees: Business Directors that report to the owner and execute his orders, and all other employees, that are treated as if they were completely expendable, including seasoned Managers. I have never, never seen such a bad place to work.
