The Australian team, Customer service USA and local suppliers. Massive pay for management.
Cons
No ERP, HR, WHS, WMS aligned at any level, if you can out source it they will to save money. Senior management are puppets, bullies who expect everyone to agree with their ideas even though they almost ran the Australian operation into the ground. I wouldn’t be surprised if it closes based on the debt it’s accumulated and just dropships customers orders from the US. In a system where a parent company charges ridiculous overheads out to its subsidiaries to ensure it makes a profit. Products don’t get tested before release so it leads to quality issues, slow to market, late shipments and manufacturing. Hardly any team members to cover absences and holidays.
