Extreme top management control. Ridiculous amount of weekly, monthly and annual internal reports, that make it difficult to conduct everyday business. Due to the size of the company and the number of employees at Rain Bird, the company has had to implement unpopular internal policies. Overall most employees are very un satisfied with working conditions and management style.
