Pros

There is a good work life balance here.

Cons

As other reviewers have mentioned, there's a culture of fear here. Fear is used here as a misguided approach for motivating the team. You will be ignored - your years of programming experience mean nothing. Development and design standards were very poor. The loudest most aggressive person wins. Pace of development is extremely slow and we were often under tasked or not tasked at all.

Pros

Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

Cons

Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
