Pros
Level of integrity and knowledge of co-workers. Rain Bird is very picky.
Cons
No feedback -- people think they're being summened for a promotion, only to find out that they're being let go. Management is incented to increase productivity every year. The fasted way to increase productivity is to reduce staff. It's a very patriarchial system, with Tony LaFetra as the domineering father whose respect you can never earn. Micromanaging, SBU directors are not allowed to run their divisions or make decisions. Tony makes all fo the decisions for them. The most bizarre plce I've ever worked.
