Pros
Developing products that can make a difference to the world - using water better Get to meet people from end-users to engineers sharing same needs. Become a better person by managing resources & yourself every day. Carpark nearly empty these days so finding a park is simple!
Cons
Flat scared management who try to use all ideas as their own. Culture created is negative as managers come from outside the industry trying to learn. Rating system for employees sees high staff turnover judged by people trying to stay there. There is a succession plan in place for everyone except the one needing out - the old guy.
