Pros
High quality products with very nice brand image and fully committed employees. Automatic irrigation is a very interesting activity, that will be growing in the next years.
Cons
The Top Management is not at the required level, sharing no vision and relying only on good old recipes that have built the company for the last 30 years. Rain Bird is losing ground to the main competitors because it is still a 20th century company, led by the 80-years old son of the founders, and a bunch of so-called top-managers only committed to their own self-preservation.
