Pros
Compensation packages are very competitive. High level of autonomy in performing work.
Cons
Very incompetent upper management. Not for the weak at heart as the autonomy comes with the price of finger pointing and blame, often blind siding employees. Tony LaFetra rules through playing people against one another and constantly pitting divisions against one another...don't look for team work and watch your back at all times. Upper management got there by destroying those around them, not building them up. Donna - head of HR - is most dangerous combination of incompetency and arrogance that you can find.
