If you are looking for a challenging work envirnoment, Rain Bird might be a good fit. Rain Bird is a "green" industry company focused on water conservation (The Intellegent Use Of Water). Rain Bird offers good a overall compensation package.
Cons
Very difficult work environment at Rain Bird. The employee turnover is way too high. The irrigation industry is full of ex-Rain Bird employees hell-bent on burying Rain Bird. Company has questionable HR practices and has a habit of forcing out older employees (over 50). Rain Bird Senior management is holding company back.
