      Pros

      There are very smart people at Rain Bird. Some pockets are well run. Rain Bird also pays very well.

      Cons

      It is currently like Rain Bird does not know what it wants. They are unwilling to invest in product developments that are necessary to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly competetive industry.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom and independence, not much micro management, can come up with cool ideas.

      Cons

      Hard to advance, people stay in their spots for a long time, remote employees excluded from advancement in general. Benefits are bad, health care terrible. 401k match is weak
