None. If you are not smart enough and you need to work for somebody else, this is the place to make decent living and they are thousand other places like Rain Bird. The company exists to make money for its owners, you need employment to live, this is not a charity or socialist day care center. Capis???? The company is paranoid about secrecy and security, yet you can carry ANYTHING through the entrance gate if you are smart enough. You can download and carry out any company information. But there is not nothing secret or important to have or sell. The IT department cripples you activity every chance they have - do not worry they are crippling only the company productivity, you get your paycheck anyway. Their IPDMS system is a joke, they would not qualify to be ISO rated company. Do not worry about their factories in Mexico, they are incompetent, any asian factory is hundred times more efficient. If you feel cheated by 1 dollar, get even - remember they pay you competitive rate and you do not have to work.
