Pros
The pay wasn't bad at the beginning but over the last 3 years bonuses were cut to nothing. The bonus program has been stretched so far you cannot hit any of the goals. My fellow employees were great at first but over the last 5 years all of the good ones left.
Cons
Poor management, poor pay, unrealistic goals, turnover at top every few years leads to lack of continuity, employees only succeed if they "play the game" and this leads to good employees leaving in droves. Long time customers will ask you why you work for them and tell you to get out the first chance you get.
