Rain Bird has always been seen as the leader in the world in irrigation equipment manufacturing and (perceived as) an excellent place to build a career and a lifetime of employment. Product quality is the best there is and brand recognition is almost universal.
Cons
People have absolutely no value as individuals to the corporation or senior management, in spite of their loud protestations to the contrary. Interest in the ideas of employees is given only lip service to maintain the illusion that you are a participant in the process of shaping the direction of the company, and that your input has value.
